WORDPRESS / WOOCOMMERCE / WHITE-LABEL SUPPORT

Extra WordPress capacity without adding another full-time developer.

When projects overlap, deadlines tighten or an existing WordPress site becomes more technical than expected, I can step in as additional development capacity.

I work with web, design and marketing agencies on WordPress and WooCommerce projects, from complete builds to troubleshooting, optimisation and ongoing technical support.

I can work directly with your team or behind the scenes as white-label support.

01

WHEN I CAN HELP

Bring me in when the project needs another pair of experienced hands.

Not every agency needs another permanent developer. Sometimes you simply need someone who can take responsibility for a WordPress task, understand an existing project quickly and get the work moving again.

That may be during a busy period, on a project with a technical problem, or when a client site needs ongoing attention that your internal team would rather not absorb.

Typical situations include overflow development, WordPress or WooCommerce troubleshooting, performance work, technical SEO fixes, migrations, maintenance and taking over projects built by somebody else.

The aim is not to create another management layer. It is to remove work from one.

02

NEW BUILDS

From approved design to a WordPress site that is ready to hand over.

If your agency handles strategy, design or client management, I can take responsibility for the WordPress implementation.

I prefer native WordPress and Gutenberg where they are a good fit, but the implementation should follow the requirements of the project rather than a religious attachment to a particular tool.

I can work from supplied designs, an existing design system or a clearly defined brief, with attention to responsive behaviour, performance, on-site SEO and maintainability.

The result should be something your agency is comfortable putting its name behind and your client can continue using after launch.

03

EXISTING PROJECTS

I do not need a clean project to be useful.

A significant amount of WordPress work starts with someone else's code, configuration or decisions.

A client may arrive with a slow site, a broken checkout, a theme nobody wants to touch, conflicting plugins or years of accumulated technical compromises.

I can inspect the existing setup, identify what is actually causing the problem and work within the project rather than assuming everything should be rebuilt.

That includes WordPress troubleshooting, WooCommerce issues, plugin and theme conflicts, performance bottlenecks, migrations, technical cleanup and post-launch fixes.

Sometimes the least glamorous work is the work that saves the project.

04

WOOCOMMERCE SUPPORT

When the shop becomes more complicated than the original brief.

WooCommerce projects often grow after launch.

More products arrive. Shipping rules change. A courier integration is added. Product filters become necessary. The client needs new payment methods, imports, compatibility data or a checkout adjustment.

I can support both new and existing WooCommerce stores, including catalogue structure, product imports, attributes, shipping, payments, checkout, integrations and troubleshooting.

I also understand that changes to an online store have consequences beyond the page being edited. Orders, stock, payments and customer data are not particularly impressed by adventurous development.

05

PERFORMANCE & TECHNICAL WORK

Useful when “the site is slow” is the entire technical brief.

Performance problems rarely come with a helpful diagnosis attached.

I can investigate WordPress and WooCommerce performance across themes, plugins, images, scripts, fonts, caching, database behaviour and hosting, then work on the actual bottlenecks instead of installing another optimisation plugin and hoping it feels motivated.

I can also handle practical technical SEO work such as redirects, site structure, internal linking, indexation issues and migrations.

This can be delivered as part of a larger project or as a focused technical intervention.

06

HOW I FIT INTO YOUR WORKFLOW

Low-friction collaboration matters as much as the code.

You can keep the client relationship, project management and communication structure that already works for your agency.

I can work from your brief, tickets or direct communication with the relevant team members. Where appropriate, I can operate white-label and remain invisible to the end client.

I am comfortable documenting what was changed, explaining technical decisions in plain language and working inside an existing workflow rather than insisting that everybody adopts mine.

If something is outside what I can responsibly deliver, I would rather say so early than discover it during the final week of the project.

07

THE KIND OF WORK THAT FITS WELL

The kind of work that fits well.

A good collaboration might be one complete WordPress build, a WooCommerce project that needs extra technical capacity, several small client fixes each month or simply having someone available when the internal workload suddenly exceeds the calendar.

I am particularly useful when a project needs someone who can move between development, performance, WordPress troubleshooting and practical SEO without turning each issue into a separate department.

The arrangement does not need to become complicated before the work does.
